I'm reminded of our public media sources, who sensationalize a story for a
few days, then drop it to "page 3", no matter the importance or relevance.
Getting off to another headline, rush to another story.
But SOME headlines, some stories, are just too damn important to drop off the
headlines. Too important to change to a subject of less pain. Getting the
facts that are obviously hidden between the lines, don't appear in a day or
two. Sometimes it takes digging and nagging and, yes, frustrating those who
want to go on with their lives without reading the "same old" thing.
