Our first National was in 1989 in Philadelphia, PA. The dog that went GV was Bethesda's Tacoma of SiDon, if I remember correctly. We had no idea what was going on, but have been hooked ever since. We were there with our mentors, Joanne Horton and Peggy Lee. I think our favorite National so far was the 2002 in Missouri when our seven month old Rina got her herding instinct certificate. But, we also have a fondness the last time it was in Perry, Georgia when quite a few of our club members were in attendance. Incidentally, our club (Southern NJ) sponsors the Veteran's Obedience Rosettes and there are fifteen vets entered this year.
