In Kamloops, B.C. Canada. We are very Lucky as our new Mayor is a vet. Dr.
Lake understands dogs and knows breed specific bi laws do not work . We
have a new viscous dog bi-law. applies to any dog that bites. pure bred or
mutt, all are treated the same.
