The rule wasn't made just for German Shepherd people..........and if the
breed were not so handler oriented, it wouldn't be much of a problem.
Tough if the AKC doesn't like it...the rule is not really new.....just
reworded..........and I am dizzy with laughter that it is causing this much
discussion. Why on earth would anyone need to call the AKC to have it
explained? Or ask Carmen to explain it? It's easy to read, easy to
understand..........sheeez................
