Just a reminder.... Entries close Wednesday for the New Orleans specialties.
Coincidentally, that is Ash Wednesday, the day after Fat Tuesday. If you are
giving something up for lent, make it procrastination. But don't give up the
chance to have a great time in the Big Easy.
