According to legislative information for Monday, March 21, 2005, the
Governor had NOT signed SB432 Dangerous Dog Act. So please continue to
contact the
Governor and express your opposition to the bill. Contact information is
provided below.
The legislature website shows that as of March 21 the Governor had acted on
44 bills. At total of 525 bills passed both the House and the Senate.
Additionally the Governor signs House and Senate Memorials.
Here are remaining key dates for the legislative session (the session ended
at noon on March 19):
- April 8, Legislation not acted upon by governor is pocket vetoed
- June 17, Effective date of legislation not carrying an emergency clause or
other specified date
