It never ends. I learn every time I go to a show. That is fortunate since I
seem to forget so much between shows. What does happen is that you continue
to listen, continue to learn, and then sprinkle a bit of "do" in the middle.
The key is to balance learning with doing. When you have an equal amount of
each, you are a successful person in whatever endevor you are in. When you
stop learning, or doing, then you begin to revert to less than you were.
If you can increase either one, or both, then you become a piller of the
breed, or dead, whichever occurs first.
