There are thousands of dogs put to sleep every year, and most of the shelters that send dogs out un-nuetered have no way of monitoring to see if the nuetering was actually done. So, they neuter before they leave. Wasn't aware of too many rescues that do that. We haven't done it that young. We wait until the dog is more mature.
