I'm not in Maine or NH, but do have a Pap from a reputable breeder, and she
happens to be pregnant at the moment. :)
She's b/w and the sire is red/white.
I don't know how many she'll have but I will next week!
I'll ask the Pap community about who's ok up there.
The Papillon club of America website is great - and has breeder referrals,
all signers of their breeders code or its equivalent.

slipped his collar, got into the road and was hit by a pickup truck. She is
