As I read all the trials and trivilizaations being bandied about these days
I must say I am very happy to have hung up my spurs so to speak. I know
when I said "enoughs enough" I was thinking of my age and my bad knee which
made traveling harder and also that when retired money should be spent very
wisely. Now I can applaud my decision based on many other things. Don't
get me wrong I really miss going and seeing everyone and those wonderful
dogs and also the thrill of winning but what everyone is saying is so true.
Our sport is becoming a burden not an enjoyable hobby and that is sad. You
know I really think the dogs miss it too!!
