You are so right about Zicam, I use the Zicam rapid melts. At the first
sign of a cold I start using it and it really nips it in the bud. Also I
have found that getting a flu shot yearly has helped me from getting colds,
don't know why, but I always used to get a summer cold prior to the flu shots
and now thats a thing of the past.
