For some reason, which I haven't figured out, California is out of
consideration, and has been for a number of years. The California exhibitors
always
support any national, has the largest number of members of the parent club
from any state, and has lots of airports. But, I know some day it will be
considered again.
I personally prefer to leave home for a national. But, that is just me. We
are part of those who will go wherever they put the national. We lose a lot
of possibilities for new people when we hold the national in remote locations.
