[ SHOWGSD-L ] National handlers

Question - at the sheltie national handlers sometimes show more than one
special of the same sex - the dogs are handled by the same handler in different
groups. As cuts are made handlers are freed up to help the handler that might
land in the final group with more than one animal.
Is this practice prohibited at our national?
