I vaguely remember some sort of w-c-e-c-w rotation - Michigan is certainly
central - but if any of the streams end up in the Mississippi, you might be
south.

Jackson, Mi has just been approved to build an International Horse Show Arena
with 2000 stalls, supposedly similar to Lexington. I think Michigan might be
considered the east coast however, because the Great Lakes eventually drain
into the Atlantic Ocean, so I suppose it is out.
