All questions that are basic in form may be answered by reading the By-Laws,

However, since the charges against the WDA president were by WDA members, why
would Sharon be involved? GSDCA is involved through the Board and through
the membership as WDA continues to be a part of GSDCA, but are the WDA charges
brought before the GSDCA board???? Questioning, just questioning.... I
was not aware, and maybe was lost in all this, of any charges against Ken
Downing as a GSDCA member BY a GSDCA member...or was it? Are all WDA members
EVEN
all GSDCA members??? Confusing
