It is easy to repeat to Ruth and a couple of others that have been trying to
contact the National Chair
to just check the P & P Manual...but they are inquiring about things that are
not necessarily in the
Manual so they can actually HELP the Chair to find sites that ARE already
doable.
( They all already have the Manual to check and they all have checked! ) But
they still need some
kind of response and answers from the decision makers...including dates.
It really is necessary for someone in the decision making position to respond
to them. We will never
get a National out of the Purina site for a National if no one responds to
these serious inquiries from
those that are trying to get National sites on the Agenda that HAVE WORKED
BEFORE!!
We are talking about the Site in Oregon, Utah and Colorado. The very least
that can be done is to at
least respond to these hard workers so they know whether to continue or not!
These are very valid inquiries from people that have actually HELPED with
Nationals that have been
at these locations before and they are gathering all the information necessary
to help now.....but they
also need some cooperation and help!

Unfortunately the P&Ps don't tell me what years they are actually looking at.
Also the realistic number of hotel rooms and all of the info that needs to be
based on the current size of the entries. How many all-breed agility trials do
they want to help pay for the specialty agility trials? Ditto for herding.
That is the reason we have repeatedly contacted Gail but with no results.
Again, it is hard to get a group of volunteers to continue to want to work if
the powers that be do not cooperate.
