The AKC National Agility Championship competition started today in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I believe that, in order to qualify for this competition, a team (handler and dog) must accumulate 400 MACH points and 6 double Q's (qualifying in Agility Standard and Jumpers with Weaves competitions in the same day) during a 12 month period established by AKC. Just qualifying for the Nationals is a remarkable achievement requiring speed, accuracy, and consistency at the most difficult level of Agility competition, Excellent. Does anyone know if any German Shepherds qualified and are there? If there, do we know how they are doing?
