I see COW HOCKS....and a really SHORT lower stifle....and what "appears" to
be a back problem
( or maybe hips? ) This dog has absolutely NO rear drive...there is not
enough bend for his
hocks to be locked? He cannot propel himself forward off his rear at
all....but not because of
locked hocks....?

ground, it is a locked hock.
The problem comes when you see a class of six, and they are all locked.
When judging that class, it is a decision to ignore it, or accept it as a
fault and consider it just that.
It easy to see at a walk.
I have a solution to the problem, and we could solve it in one generation.
Change the standard to require a locked hock. Problem solved.

goes no further.
I am amazed when someone puts a moving picture in the Review, and the dog
is not in any way moving as they should. Or a head shot that is not as
described in the standard.
