You heard me... as of Oct 1st no breeding will be allowed in any residential
zone, which is most of Hillsborough County.  This is what happens when we
don't pay attention.
And btw... in addition to not being able to sell any animal, you will also
not be able to sell any animal cage (ie crate) food or accessories.

  Hillsborough County changed their zoning codes effective October 1,
  2008.

  Hillsborough County. To save to time, the animal related portions are:
  Page 11, LDC Section 6.11.13 Animals
  Page 76, LDC Section 12.01.00 Kennels, Rescues and Non Profits


  B. In Residential Districts
  1. No animal, other than household animals as defined in this Code,
  shall be kept in any residential zoning district, except that exotic
  animals may be kept for personal enjoyment with appropriate
  license/permit from the State of Florida.
  12. No animals shall be raised or kept in the any residential zoning
  district for the purpose of sale to another party.

  This would eliminate any breeding or selling of any domestic animals
  or exotic animals from your home if you live in a residential zoning
  as most people do.
