[ SHOWGSD-L ] NEW INFO - Help with Service Dogs in Iraq

I have New Information. I just got off phone with our handler, William
Gardner, who served a tour in Iraq with our dual purpose bomb detection dog.
Mr. Gardner just completed recertification in Indiana and is headed home in
the morning and should arrive late tomorrow night.
I told him about the post and he said we need more information, but that a
South African Company was working the land mine dogs (those are different
that bomb detection dogs).
He said we needed more information so I placed a call on Denise Wilson's
answering machine to learn more about this.
He also said there are several contractors here in the US that would
certainly take the dogs if they are truly land mine dogs.
I will keep the list informed as to what I learn.
