WD40 takes everything out. Is based on fish oil so isn't detrimental to
their coat, just stinks it up for a while. Try not to let him breathe it
in.

We are working with GSD Rescue We have a dog here that came in with some
kind of really STICKY stuff all over the top of his neck and wither. We
bathed him but cannot get it out. It is causing his coat to stick together
YUK!! It's not sap, but have no idea what to use to get this off. ANY
IDEAS??? I hate to shave it but just might have too.
