The terms of office are set in the By-Laws and therefore the Board would have
to authorize Nancy to attend any Board meetings as a Committee chair.
Currently, the Review Editor, the Fut/Mat Chair and the National Specialty
Chair may be authorized to attend meetings if they are not on the Board.
A simple motion can handle this matter and it is not an Executive Committee
matter.
