I take some issue with this statement on technicality.
It is not the position of the executive committee to come up with a
solution. Their existence is to handle exigent matters of the club. It is
the
boards position to solve the long term problems that can wait until a
meeting.
Intended for clarification only.
And I am sure on the other part, Nancy will ensue she has input. You can
