I just received the Sept Review which was wonderful! I suggest that exhibitors
make the July Review their new pre Nationals edition in case of printing delays.
Yesterday while judging, some dogs did not get considered because I was not
given a loose lead when requested. For-warned is for-armed. I must see a dog
on a loose lead... or just remove an "o".
