A person could better afford to
transport several from one litter if they didn't have to pay $200-300 per
entrant
for handling. And levelling the playing field would definitely make things
more exciting and fun.

In theory it is great sounding. In reality how many people out there are
still able to show there own dogs in a futurity size ring and how many young
people are available to help out?
