Everyone who I have represented knows I agree with that. I always  urge 
people to avoid attorneys, save the money and work it out.
 
There are times when that is impossible, such as there is no other remedy.  
Then you do have to get a lawyer and spend ridiculous amounts of money.
 
I have a very public fight with Gary Busey in the Courthouse. He said he  
was a giver. I told him I was an attorney and therefore a taker.  We love  
givers.  He got quite angry.
 
Not that there is anything wrong with that. As a matter of fact, Tedi likes 
 it.
