Subject: [ SHOWGSD-L ] My Ankle
A quick update since my many concerned mothers & friends have been curious.
As I sat in my office yesterday my ankle swelled to the size of a large
grapefruit and started to hurt more again. So, after work I made Nick go
with me to an Urgent care where they x-rayed it and of course it is just a
sprain, no break or anything. However, I am in a brace, on crutches, and
anti-inflammatories & painkillers for at least a couple of weeks to keep
weight off of it, so that it can heal up.
The Dr. couldn't believe from what she was looking at that I had been
running on it all weekend.
Oh well, it was worth it. :)
