Ok, I am really confused.? Dawn indicates that she doesn't want to be
responsible for the funds.? So, who will be?? I know Dawn and others need the
funds and I know they are busy in the trenches.? So, how do we, as people who
would be happy to donate to these efforts, know where to donate?? I had hoped
that a PayPal account, sent directly to Dawn would be a good idea.? Yet, she is
looking for a someone to deal with the money issues so she can continue her
rescue work.? I think there is an issue here.? I would be more than happy to
donate a specific amount to Dawn but I don't want a third party involved.? What
do you all think?? Or, am I totally missing the point?

I think what Dawn has reported here is very important. I have dealt
with rescue and found it very important to have all the ducks in a row
and things spelled out so there are no questions etc. Just good
business and makes it easier all around. While I'm sure Dawn would be
glad to take the $, it would make it a lot busier for her and I suspect
she is already very busy. Also, there may be others who are doing some
rescue work and they might need some of the $ also. A central person
to handle all this would be best as Dawn has outlined here. Anne,
