I just report the news, I don't make it :-)
Seriously, it IS important to give space to the other side, whether
you believe it or not. If in fact, the woman had prior knowledge that
something was amiss, she could have at least returned the dogs she
didn't own to their owners and protect them. That I would like to
know, whether she did in deed get some prior warning... perhaps she
was out of town, I dunno. I wasn't there.
HOWEVER, the confiscation of dogs is gaining all over the country, and
if AB241, AB243, SB252 and AB1122(CA) become CA laws, there will be
carte blanche seizures with HUGE redemption costs. (even if adjudged w/
out fault).
