It has been proven that the educational portion/membership meeting portion of 
the national does not matter to the selection committee and the only thing they 
care about is where they want the show. 
As we are always told, elections have consequences and this is one of them.
You have the power and you can move anything to anywhere, call it fiscally 
sound, and nobody objects. 

And you get full credit for being hard workers - a little bit of heaven.
As a member I feel that the meeting should come within a reasonable driving 
range of my location once in a while - and since it was here in 2004 I guess 
that was good enough for a lifetime.
