I haven't seen the Lamar tapes, but would love to at some point, just from a 
dog persons point of view.
However, having dealt with and having trained and finished a few spooks in Dals 
(many years ago, I might add), if indeed Lamar said something along that line, 
I can understand it - particularily in a smart breed that bores easy.. Most of 
the spooks I finished keyed into doubling much better and trained spooks work 
on the philosophy of being more tuned into their handlers than the world around 
them (presuming they are trainable to begin with). They are also a a little 
driven by fear.. 

However, that being said, I am embarrassed to see them in my breeds, hate it 
when they win and it's a hard trait to remove from your pedigrees and for 
Pete's sake, don't double up because you'll regret it!
