These dogs can really surprise you. I have a big, handsome sable male.
He is a very happy-go-lucky dog, and acts as though he has never met a
stranger. However...last week a man came to the door. I never did find
out what he wanted, as Bodie stepped in front of me, and raised his
hackles. The man yelled "excuse me, I must have the wrong house" as he
ran to his car. I was really shocked at Bodie as he has never done
anything like that before. He obviously didn't care for something about
that person. Doris E
