[ SHOWGSD-L ] More on State Health Certificates

NY state requires a valid rabies certificate, tags on a collar do not
count. You must have the certificate.
Animal control has stopped and checked certificates at dog shows but so
far have not taken any dogs.
NJ has been having a State animal control person at ANY event that
involves animals.
