Paul,
Which part are you referring to as trash - the article or the proposal?  The
article is clearly opposed to the proposed ordinance.  I personally know
Jennifer and many of the people fighting this asinine legislation.  The
Metro city council has established committee a committee to study the
proposal and it includes many responsible dog breeders vehemently opposed to
the Animal Control officer's proposal.  It highly unlikely the proposal will
go any further due to the concerted efforts to stop such ignorance.

If we were to suggest such things when it comes to people the ACLU would be 
on it like stink on dog poop. This takes profiling to a new uncharted level 
of absurdity.

I have save this to the RALEEF file for future reference. This is worse than

the Lafayette CO proposal and likely to be worse than the LA proposal when 
it's finalized.
