The 2013 World Union Trial was voted on back in 2001-2002 time frame. It
was talked about at the first meeting when Gail Hardcastle became
President (Jan. 2008) but I don't remember if anything was voted on then and I
believe it also came up at the July 2008 meeting. When I had to run the
meeting for Gail in April 2009 I realized that we needed to begin planning for
our 2 big events and we had a meeting in July in Lexington to start the ball
rolling.

it was voted to go forward. Tish I am sure could pinpoint it exactly.
The members are never asked......you elect the board to conduct the
business and that's it. If you have opinions now, it may be too late.
