[ SHOWGSD-L ] Minimum Bid

I do hope that there will be a required starting bid for the stud dog auction.
I would hate to see the wrong individuals benefit from the generosity of
others. This is supposed to be a fund raiser for fellow-listers in need.
Let's make sure that the benefit accrues to those who need the help and not to
someone bargain hunting for a cheap stud fee.
I would suggest a starting bid requirement of $400.
