Hi Guys
I saw the link the other day regarding the military dogs...wonderful.
While we are on the subject, there was a booth (in the corner, grrrr) at the
National that
supports the Military Working Dogs and their Handlers.
At this booth was a variety of merchandise, all in support of these teams
that risk their lives for us all.
There you could "adopt " a dog, for 25.00 and send he and his handler a
Christmas / Holiday card.
The money goes to sending needed basics to the team.
We were only too happy to do it, and our adoptee "Dax" will hopefully get
needed supplies.
It is such a worthy cause, and I felt better about spending money at that
booth than at any point at the National.
In case you missed it, (the booth was stuck in the corner) or didn't go to
the National, here is the site.
Want to do a good thing?  Help support our dog teams in far off combat
areas.
