Thanks, Michel. It was an amendment to the Act... Here it is. The Defense
Budget isn't quite set yet (Senate/House resolving differences, but there is
the Military Dog Amendment.)
(Purpose: To provide certain requirements relating to the retirement, adoption,
care, and recognition of military working dogs)
At the end of subtitle E of title X, add the following:
SEC. 1048. MILITARY WORKING DOG MATTERS.
(a) Retirement of Military Working Dogs.--
> It is the National Defense Authorization Act of 2013. It passed last week.
