Just got off the phone with Linda, the owner of the kennel. She was adamant 
that her dog be 
returned to her! She seemed upset that the owner never thought to contact her 
before reaching
out to a rescue organization. I, for one, am just happy that it was US he 
contacted as I am 
unsure as to whether or not rescues in general know that breeders should be 
contacted as a 
first option to rehoming. 
So, this breeder appears to be one of the "good guys!" ...
