I have Internet Explorer 9 which is updated and had no problem
with my renewal membership.
If you are still having problems try these suggestions.
Below is recommended on the GSDCA renewal site...
"(DO NOT go through AOL to get to the store. We suggest you use a different
browser such as Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox.)"
"(particularly IE 8 and 9 and IE 6 and 7 should be upgraded)"
