Dear Members and Advertisers,=20
It has been almost a year since I started preparing for our biennial GSDCA=20
membership handbook and roster. A series of unfortunate circumstances has=20
delayed this project beyond anyone=E2=80=99s reasonable level of acceptance.=
I asked and=20
received approval from the GSDCA Board to refund the monies for the ad that=
=20
you proposed and paid to be placed in our handbook. However, as a gesture=
=20
of good will and in the spirit of fairness, we will still place your ad in=20=
the=20
upcoming handbook. Bill Pfeiffer, GSDCA Treasurer, will be mailing you a=20
refund check in a few days. =20
Since it has been such a long time and the motivation and circumstances for=
=20
your ad may have changed during this period of time, I=E2=80=99d like to gi=
ve=20
everyone a reasonable opportunity to alter the content of the ad (change pi=
ctures,=20
words, etc.). I believe that 30 days is a realistic timeframe so I am sendi=
ng=20
this notice and expect your response within this period of time =E2=80=93 a=
ll new=20
ads/changes must be in my hands no later than March 15. Gail Hardcastle ha=
s=20
finalized the updating of the membership database now that renewal tasks ha=
ve=20
been completed and the regional clubs=E2=80=99 information changes are almo=
st done. I=20
expected your response shortly and no later than March 15.=20
