[ SHOWGSD-L ] Membership By-law Changes

Where I a board member, (shut up Paul) I would insist this be in our Code of
Ethics. The question now is, do we vote down what is being presented to us
in a few days and work towards this, or do we accept what is being proposed,
and let our new board present another change after they are elected?
I would love to hear those running tell us what they think of adding this to
our Code of Ethics.
