[ SHOWGSD-L ] Masstana's Midnight Kiss BRAG!!!

This past weekend we showed our solid black girl, Masstana's Midnight Kiss  
under Kathy Potter at the GSDC of Rhode Island and came away with a 4 point 
 major!!!!!!  Kizzy has been kept back while we were finishing her sister 
Ch  Masstana's Midnight Celabration (12 major reserves before finishing with 
3  majors).  Last year we showed Kizzy in 5 shows and she won 4 of them and  
went reserve at the 5th.  But they all, but one, fell from majors so she  
ended up the year with 8 points and one major. 
 
This year is her turn and we have shown her in 3 specialties so far and she 
 went Reserve (4 points) at Delaware Valley under Lamar Fredrick, 5th out 
of 6 at  GSDC of Southern New Hampshire (4 pts) under Barbara Lopez, and then 
WB and BOW  under Kathy Potter.  George Berstler showed her to perfection 
under Kathy  and Lamar, and we very much appreciate his skills in showing our 
 dogs.  Ariel Cassista took her in for winners and did a very nice  job.  
Thank you guys.  But of course the biggest thank you goes to  Kathy for 
choosing her as her Winners Bitch and Best of Winners!  Thank you  sooo 
much!!!!! 
 Apparently this was the first all black bitch she has put  up so that 
makes it all that much nicer.  
 
When Kizzy finishes she will represent the 3rd champion from our Ch.  
Masstana's Haley's Comet (Sel. Ch Witmer's Jamiroquai X MarHaven's Southern  
Lights) litter sired by Ch Sirius Park's Kojak Bihari.  She will be the 2nd  
solid black bitch out of that litter to finish.  We've never had a 3  champion 
litter before so this will be a first for us.   Nice!
 
Then after the show we went to Bob and Sandy Lindsey's house for some of  
the best food in the country!  They always put on a great spread and this  
was no exception.  Thanks so much to the Lindsey's for their hospitality.  It 
really is something to look forward to when we go to that show.  And  
lastly, thanks to all the members of the Rhode Island club for all their work  
and 
for supporting the show as you did.  Great job!!!!
