Barbara, start the puppies (separately) on a flat buckle collar, nylon,
light, quick release and adjustable dragging a short light leash. They'll
step
on it and feel a gentle tug. No biggie! No gimmicks, and certainly, no
choke, or martingale, nylon, metal or otherwise. Enjoy <G>.
