The PC is an organization of over 2000 members. If someone wishes to file
lawsuits, they should be filed against the individuals they feel have wronged
them, not the entity itself as each of us ,as members, ARE that entity and most
of us have done nothing to anyone.
It's just another piece of bad press for the Parent Club and it needs to
stop.
As to the other, if a job cannot be adequately done (by the job-holder's own
admission), then other arrangements need to be made to fill the position with
a fully competent individual. There is nothing to keep the other person from
seeking a similar position later.
That's just good business. It says nothing negative about the person. Doing
the job ineffectively and refusing to step aside to allow the position to be
adequately filled would say far more, I would think.
I do agree that the discussion should probably come to a close as these are
definitely decisions only one person can make and history will be the judge of
the outcome.
