FacebookJust heard through Facebook that Peggy lost her battle. The last
that I’d heard, she was in what she termed a rehab. She will be missed.
Tomorrow would have been her birthday.
Just heard the announcement of the death of Margaret (Peggy) Mickelson, this
afternoon, Saturday, February 7, 2015. Many people knew that Peggy had been
ill for nearly 2 years, and while her death was not unexpected it is always
a sad moment to report such news. There will not be any burial services, but
a memorial will be held at a future time; an announcement will be
forthcoming. Let us now remember her for her brilliant writing, her judging
of dogs, and happier times.RIP Peggy Mickelson.
