[ SHOWGSD-L ] Mandatory Spay/Neuter

The Citizens advisory Committee passed the six month old mandatory spay and
neuter ordinance. They did not have the support of the Vets present. They
did say they were bombarded with e-mail from the dog/cat fancy, but passed
the ordinance with a 7 to 1 vote with a modification of the fee to
$100. It will go next to the City Council where we will continue the
battle. I will send out e-mail addys next week.
