[ SHOWGSD-L ] Mandatory Legislation

Seeing that in the recent couple of days, that I have heard from men important
in my life as having testicular complications, ei cancer and such. I propose
that we lobby for mandatory castration for men at the age of forty. After all
if they aren't there, they won't have any more problems, right! Now to find a
suitable polititian to submit a bill for this terrible problem. Oh, and this
has of course nothing to do any spay/neuter bills already being proposed! Off
