If that's true, then there is no excuse for what he did. I didn't see
anywhere in the story where it said that he was lying about the turkey--I
did see that the dog was chasing a rabbit, when it went on to his property.
Guy's a jerk anyway but if he was defending livestock, he may have been
justified. If he wasn't, well, he deserves felony charges.
