Testicles can go up and down for quite a long period of time. If the pup can
tuck one up, they usually do it at the vet or under other situations of stress.
Once he is about 6 month, the hole that the testicles go up into should be
small enough for them to stay down...
Good luck and tell the pet buyers not to worry.. I bet if they brought him over
and he is tired you'll find the rogue testicle.
